Would anyone have a place to start for gearing for the upcoming road race at Spokane Raceway? Thanks.

After a five year absence, Northwest Road Racers will be hosting an International Kart Federation (IKF) regional gold cup kart race. It will be held at Spokane County Raceway’s 2.3 mile road course on Sun Aug 27th. Racers from Washington, Oregon, Idaho and even Canada will be competing is 26 Classes from Briggs & Stratton to 125cc shifters and lay down karts, some of the karts will reach speeds up to 120 miles an hour, only inches off the ground, on the longest straight on the west coast. There will be many IKF Grand national champions along with other drivers competing to see who the best is. Practice starts at 9am with races starting at around 11am. Pit passes are $12 per person with your chance to get to see the karts up close. Go to portlandkarting.com/forums under road race for registration.
